Privacy
Last updated October 16, 2026.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit usearcus.ai, fill in a form, or work with us, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what we need to answer you and improve the site, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, work email, brand, role and anything you write or upload in a form.
- How you use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked and how you arrived (for example, an ad or a link), through product analytics. Before you accept cookies, this runs without storing anything on your device.
- Company-level visitor identification: if you accept all cookies, we may use a service that matches your IP address to the company you work for. It identifies companies, not people.
- Advertising pixels: if you accept all cookies, Meta and LinkedIn may measure whether our ads led to visits or sign-ups.
How we use it
- To answer your question and reply to you
- To send The Receipts, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link
- To see which pages help people, and fix the ones that don’t
- To measure our own ads
